Created by Navine Michaan 40 years ago, you will hear themes and metaphors derived from Taoist theory, yoga as origami, and utilizing our form for function. Katonah Yoga emphasizes how you show up on the mat and off the mat. The foundation of this class is built on a vinyasa practice.
