
Flourish and Flow: Yoga Meets Floral Art
Join Alyssa of Abode Yoga and Leigha of Wondergem Studio for a morning of renewal and restoration at our Flourish and Flow event. Alyssa will lead a 60 mintue Katonah Yoga class followed by a flower bouquet making session and 10 minute mini portrait session with Leigha Wondergem. Please bring your own yoga mat and if you like to use props in your practice any props you have.
