Join us for our Practice at We The People Fitness Studio!
Practice is our home practice. It builds on the foundation of vinyasa yoga and utilizes some themes, theories, and techniques from Katonah Yoga. The class is 60 minutes long and is open to all levels. In Practice, we will play around with different Pranayama (breath work) techniques, dynamic movement, and mobility to tap into your personal magic.
