Join us for our Sunday Practice group Yoga class at We The People Fitness Studio!
Sunday Practice is our home practice. It builds on the foundation of vinyasa yoga and utilizes some themes, theory and thechnmiques from Katonah Yoga. Class is 60 minutes long and is open to all levels. In Sunday Practice we will play around with different Pranyama (breath work) technqiues, dynamic movement and mobility to tap into your personal magic.
