Katonah Yoga (R)
Katonah Yoga is a technique that is used to enhance your current practice. Created by Navine Michaan 40 years ago, you will hear themes and metaphors derived from Taoist theory, yoga as origami, and utilizing our form for function. Katonah Yoga emphasizes how you show up on the mat and off the mat. The foundation of this class is built on a vinyasa practice.
Sunday Practice
Sunday Practice is our home practice. It builds on the foundation of vinyasa yoga and utilizes some themes, theories, and techniques from Katonah Yoga. The class is 60 minutes long and is open to all levels. In Sunday Practice, we will play with different Pranayama (breath work) techniques, dynamic movement, asana, and mobility to tap into your personal magic.
